We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and support the operational needs of our Ocean Freight Import & Export division, with a primary focus on U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on ocean import and export shipments.
- Manage operations United States.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and customers.
- Monitor shipments from booking through final delivery.
- Manage shipping documentation and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Ocean Freight / Maritime Logistics, preferably in Import & Export operations.
- Knowledge of international logistics and shipping documentation.
- Experience handling U.S.-related operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- English proficiency required for communication with customers, suppliers, and partners in the U.S.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
