Plant Controlling Analyst
Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.
Drive financial reporting and planning, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control
Support audits and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and global finance teams.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A in a manufacturing or corporate environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities
Fluent English, with ability to interact with global teams and stakeholders”
