The Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects that improve end-to-end supply chain performance, from product planning and sourcing through manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and customer delivery. This role partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and external suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation through implementation and project closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate activities across Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to leadership.
- Manage project scope and change control while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including:
- Demand Planning
- Procurement
- Manufacturing
- Inventory Management
- Logistics
- Distribution
- Supplier Management
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
