We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer & AI Adoption Specialist to act as the bridge between our high-scale cloud platforms and our developer community.
Your main objective is to accelerate the onboarding, training, and overall adoption of modern DevOps tooling and AI-powered workflows (such as GitHub Copilot). This role requires someone with a solid technical foundation in DevOps and cloud concepts, combined with outstanding communication skills. If you enjoy technical writing, producing instructional videos, facilitating workshops, and teaching developers how to utilize generative AI to write, debug, and configure infrastructure and pipelines faster, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain structured onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams using our platform

Author high-quality, clear, and concise technical documentation, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes in Markdown and internal wikis

Script, record, and edit short, engaging visual tutorials and video guides to walk developers through DevOps tools and workflows

Champion the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools across development teams

Teach and guide development teams on how to effectively use AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot) for code generation, troubleshooting configuration prompts, and optimizing infrastructure/CI-CD workflows

Host live training sessions and facilitate interactive workshops to build developer proficiency with platform tooling

Run technical "Office Hours" to gather developer feedback and address ongoing questions

Foster a vibrant community of practice around DevOps tooling and AI-assisted workflows

Act as the voice of the developer, translating pain points and feedback into actionable requirements

Collaborate with core DevOps and Infrastructure teams to relay platform improvement needs based on developer input
Requirements
-
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Developer Relations (DevRel), Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing, with a heavy focus on DevOps/Platform Engineering

Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), basic cloud infrastructure, and version control

Proven portfolio demonstrating technical writing skills (documentation, blogs, guides) and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with a strong service-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping other engineers succeed

Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher

Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools

Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT) for development, code troubleshooting, or documentation generation

Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management and automation

Experience with Azure Containers for deploying and managing containerized applications

Working knowledge of Bash for scripting and task automation

Practical experience with Docker for containerizing applications

Knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized workloads

Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code
