We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Technician to support and lead inspection and quality assurance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members.
MUST HAVE
- Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years of quality control or inspection experience
- Experience with precision measuring equipment
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced degrees in Engineering or Quality Management are a plus.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive continuous improvement.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Manufacturing floor and inspection lab settings.
- Prolonged standing and use of inspection tools.
- Occasional lifting.

- Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Support production team in day-to-day activities.
- Validate when defective material is reported by production team.
