Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for a Account Executive.

Shift: M-F 7 am- 4 pm
The Account Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing the day-to-day activities associated with the Accounts Receivable Financing Cycle. This includes client onboarding, funding support, account servicing, portfolio monitoring, debtor analysis, cross-selling opportunities, risk identification, and retention efforts.
The Account Executive serves as the primary operational point of contact for clients. This position acts as a bridge between various support groups by driving resolution of outstanding invoices, monitoring portfolio performance, and identifying potential risk or growth opportunities.

Essential Functions and Results Expectations
Own the day-to-day client relationship as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
Achieve client retention and portfolio growth goals.
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
Deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to increase client utilization and purchase volume.
Generate referrals and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
Manage onboarding, funding execution, and account servicing activities to ensure operational excellence.
Drive client retention, portfolio growth, and product adoption across ECS and England Logistics offerings.
Identify referral, and expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.
Monitor portfolio performance, account activity, debtor trends, reserves, aging, and credit exposure.
Proactively identify risks, improve DSO performance, and escalate material concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, Cash Applications, Finance, and Sales teams to support portfolio objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation, system updates, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement action plans that improve portfolio health, client satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Functions
Manage a portfolio of factoring clients while maintaining service and profitability standards.
Conduct proactive outbound client calls and relationship reviews.
Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and email.
Review debtor trends, payment behavior, and portfolio performance.
Analyze funding requests, availability, reserve requirements, and portfolio health.
Resolve account disputes and coordinate solutions across departments.
Monitor client activity for operational, credit, or compliance concerns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Complete account reviews and portfolio analysis for assigned clients.
Support retention efforts and contract renewals.
Support Client opportunities for savings with fuel, tires and maintenance.
Assist leadership with portfolio reporting and special projects.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.
Actively contribute to a culture aligned with EL COACHTeam values.
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client account needs
Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years of customer service, account management, sales, portfolio management, or factoring experience.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable financing, collections, and financial processes.
Experience working directly with clients and managing business relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience managing high-volume transaction environments
University degree or equivalent work experience
