Human Resources AssistantPosition Summary
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment activities for positions in Mexico and the United States, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and supporting training and organizational development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
- Collect and verify new hire documentation.
- Coordinate with IT and Communications to ensure new employees receive the necessary resources and system access.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files and HR databases.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in both English and Spanish for positions in Mexico and the United States.
- Source candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI-powered tools.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, universities, and internship programs.
- Support employee training, organizational development, and performance review initiatives.
- Deliver English language classes to employees.
- Coordinate employee ID badges, uniforms, and HR-related administrative activities.
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
- Experience managing recruitment and employee administration processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HRIS or AI recruiting tools is a plus.

What We Offer
- Gross monthly salary of MXN $20,000.
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days working from home.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law
