Universitario (Titulado de alguna Especialidad)
Educación a nivel ingeniería en electrónica, industrial, mecatrónica o carreras afines.
Más de 3 años Preferentemente en Ingeniería de Manufactura de procesos y ensamble.
Microsoft office nivel intermedio, AutoCAD & SolidWorks (preferente).
Requiere Conocimientos de Sistemas de Manufactura, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices), MRP, MTM, Procesos de Introducción de Nuevos Productos, Procesos de Re-Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Six Sigma
Manufactura Esbelta, Reducción de Costos, Administración de Proyectos, ISO/QS, Estándares Ambientales y de Seguridad, etc.
Manufactura esbelta, six sigma, kaizen & administración de proyectos (Preferente).
Iniciativa, Liderazgo, Comunicación
Adaptabilidad, atención al cliente, toma de decisiones, habilidad analítica, negociación.
Orientación a Resultados, Trabajo en Equipo, Innovación
Ingles avanzado (Lectura y Escritura en forma de acuerdo a las reglas de puntuación, gramática, dicción y estilo que permitan realizar presentaciones fluidas de Proyectos y/o Participación en Procesos de Negociación).
