The HPS Manager will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of High Performance Systems across multiple manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, IWS, and Six Sigma methodologies. This role is responsible for accelerating the maturity of continuous improvement systems, developing organizational capabilities, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Working closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams, the HPS Manager will drive strategic improvement initiatives, lead change management efforts, and ensure the sustainable adoption of best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong manufacturing and project management experience with the ability to influence stakeholders, develop teams, and translate strategy into operational results.
- Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values - Sets Vision, Directions and creates Masterplan for the Operations based on the Site CBN

Lead and coach the Operations team for the Site - Responsible for cross-functional coordination to evaluate production process needs, resolve problems and remove obstacles, provide resources, reset direction if needed

Accountable for the development of the Operations Lead Team according to the respective Skill Matrices

Responsible for implementing, manage, control and follow through all parts of key investment projects and new manufacturing capacities and capabilities
- Applies and coaches SIM process in Operations to create and run to standards

Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses

Implement in his/her site the Production strategy. Ensure that high operating standards are applied at all times. -
- Set goals and metrics for all aspects of the operation, ensuring goals are met and ensuring effective performance measurement on a routine monthly basis.

Accountable and follow up on his/her operating budgets for labour and capital expenditures that are consistent with short and long-term site master plans

Provides support and resolves conflicts making sure the team can perform their tasks

Maintain compliance at the site through continuous improvement efforts focused appropriately on technology, people, and processes.
- Industrial Engineer or related

5 Years of experience working in manufacturing environment

Knowledge in continuous improvement systems (TPM, IWS, TPS) - Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
- Advanced English needed
