We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Program Manager Deliverables
Manage end-to-end project delivery for application separation workstreams across LATAM deals, including ERP separations, edge applications, and middleware modifications
Develop, maintain, and report on project plans, milestones, risks, and issues in alignment with the M&A PMO framework
Maintain weekly status reports as required by JCI, ensuring required level of detail and accuracy
Identify and document Day 1 application requirements; collaborate with internal tech teams and 3rd party SIs to develop Statements of Work covering scope, time, and cost
Work with VMO-GO for budgetary approvals and PO creation for project-related spend
Support the development and maintenance of the Application Data Book in collaboration with the Application Tower Lead
Manage TSA terms and conditions as they pertain to application workstreams; support TSA exit planning and execution
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, steering committees, and workstream-level status reviews
Collaborate with the IT Deal Lead and other Tower Leads to ensure integrated delivery across application, infrastructure, and business workstreams Requirements
7+ years of experience in IT project/program management with a strong application background (ERPs, CRMs, middleware, SaaS)
Experience operating within an M&A PMO environment — divestitures, carve-outs, or integrations strongly preferred
Familiarity with application separation concepts including legal entity changes, ERP cutovers, data migration, and application decommissioning
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams required
Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and executive-level reporting
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a high-pressure M&A environment
Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders including IT leads, business owners, and 3rd party vendors
Experience with LATAM markets preferred; fluent in Spanish required; Portuguese a plus
Self-directed; able to work with ambiguity and aggressive deal timelines
