What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with workforce requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Forecast hiring demands and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment team members.
- Allocate workloads and monitor recruiter performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development feedback
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Ensure quality candidate shortlists are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Manage recruitment for senior, specialist, or high-volume positions where required.
- Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, hiring challenges, and talent availability.
- Manage communication with external agencies, vendors, and recruitment partners.
- Resolve escalated recruitment issues effectively and professionally.
