You will have the unique opportunity to team up with architects, designers and cross-functional teams to set up post-Silicon validation environments, define test content, execute validation plans, and measure, analyze and report CPU's power and performance validation results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support power, thermal and performance validation of silicon products.
- Assist in debugging efforts, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions to ensure product quality.
- Perform data analysis for validation metrics to assess coverage and product readiness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of validation infrastructure and test environments.
- Participate in test automation efforts to enhance validation efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive validation workflow.
- Develop technical expertise by exploring system architecture and SoC microarchitecture.

Minimum Qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Currently pursuing a BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (with at least 1 year remaining before graduation).
- 6+ months of experience in:
- Programming skills in Python or C/C++.
- Analog Electronics, circuit analysis, and data analysis techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of system architecture and/or SoC microarchitecture.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving experience applied to electronic circuits and/or computer systems.
Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Experience using electronic lab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems).
- Debug skills and experience using scripting languages.
- Experience with test automation and/or writing validation scripts.
- Knowledge of post-silicon validation, power and performance characterization, or post-silicon debug methodologies.
