Responsibilities
- Lead all facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and site services.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, generators, fire protection systems, and backup power equipment.
- Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead facility expansion, renovation, and capital improvement projects.
- Manage facility budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
- Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Partner with Operations to ensure facilities support current and future manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading facilities, maintenance, utilities, or infrastructure operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external contractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
