Overview
FastBank is building a modern financial operations platform for SAP Business One customers,
helping companies automate bank reconciliation, payments, and core finance workflows.
We are at an early but high-growth stage, with strong product-market fit and an expanding
partner ecosystem. We’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help turn that
momentum into a scalable, repeatable marketing engine.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You will take strategy and turn it into execution across
campaigns, marketing operations, and partner initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership
and play a key role in building how marketing runs day-to-day.
What You’ll Own
- Own HubSpot end-to-end (campaign builds, workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting, and
data hygiene)
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, partner,
and outbound support)
- Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable campaigns
- Manage campaign timelines, QA, and ensure high-quality execution
- Partner closely with sales/BD to drive pipeline and improve lead quality
- Support and execute partner marketing initiatives (webinars, co-marketing campaigns,
outreach)
- Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
- Bring structure and process to how marketing operates• Provide direction and oversight to a junior marketing team, ensuring work is aligned, on
track, and high quality
- Review and give feedback on campaigns, content, and execution without becoming a
bottleneck
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (startup or high-growth experience
preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end without heavy oversight
- High attention to detail and strong QA instincts
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and operate independently
- Experience managing or guiding junior team members, with the ability to provide clear
direction, prioritize work, and maintain quality standards
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, direct style
- Experience with partner or channel marketing is a plus

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
