Your ‘day to day’:
Ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, providing timely support to the manufacturing team during production, adhere to all relevant standards throughout the manufacturing process, manage non-conformities in intermediate and finished products by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions, and consistently apply OPEN+ standards of working.
Major accountabilities:

Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues.

Train the floor on Quality practices/procedures and ensure the operational staff remains up to date with Quality requirements.

Plan and perform sampling, tests and analyses on the quality of tobacco, materials, semi-finished and finished products according to applicable procedures and analytical methods.

Ensure the integrity and the timely reporting of analysis results are in the appropriate system.

Support the analysis of material, semi-finished and Finished Goods in case approaching expiry dates in order to define the possibility of an extension especially regarding chemical analysis.

Provide support to the production team and ensure that documentation is managed according to QMS.

Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production or other processes in Operations.

Analyze the information and participate in small projects with influence on product quality.

Manage the retention, storage and destruction of finished product samples.
Who we’re looking for:
-
Vocational School, Technical or equivalent education.
-
1-2 years’ experience in production, quality or equivalent.
