- CINCO is looking for a voice. Not a spreadsheet person — a people person. Someone who can spot the right opportunities — the radio stations, community blogs, local news editors, events, and organizations where CINCO belongs — figure out who to reach and how, and then get them to call back. Half scout, half closer: you find the doors, and you open them.
- Think of it like this: a backlink is like a recommendation from a friend. When a trusted website links to ours, Google trusts us more — the same way you trust a mechanic your tío swears by. Your job is to earn those recommendations, one real conversation at a time.

What You'll Actually Do / Lo Que Harás
- Hunt for opportunities. Research and map out who we should be talking to — which media outlets, community organizations, influencers, events, and directories fit CINCO's push into each community — and build the target list before you work it.
- Outreach, outreach, outreach. Calls, emails, and messages — in English AND Spanish — to bloggers, media outlets, community organizations, directories, podcasts, and Hispanic media across Texas, Georgia, and every new state we enter.
- Pitch CINCO stories that earn us press mentions, features, interviews, and links back to our website.
- Build real relationships with editors, journalists, and community leaders — people who remember your name and take your second call.
- Land partnerships with local organizations, events, and community groups in the markets we serve.
- Track everything — who you contacted, who responded, what got published. (We'll teach you the SEO and link building tools. The talking part, you bring.)
You're Perfect If You... / Eres Perfecto Si...
- Talk to strangers for a living — and enjoy it. Sales, public relations, recruiting, radio, call center, customer service, fundraising: if you've pitched people by phone or email and won them over, we want to hear it.
- Write and speak beautifully in BOTH English and Spanish. Not textbook Spanish — real Spanish. Not translated English — real English. Each one authentic on its own.
- Are memorable. Assertive, upbeat, persistent without being annoying. The person who follows up a third time with a smile in their voice.
- Handle "no" like a pro. Outreach means most people don't answer. Real talk: this job is 20 no's for every yes — and that one yes moves the whole company. If rejection ruins your day, this isn't your role. If it fires you up, apply.
- Are organized. You follow up when you said you would. Every time.
- Have a reliable setup. Laptop (Intel i5 or better), stable internet, and a noise-cancelling headset for calls.
- Nice to have (not required): experience in digital PR, link building, SEO, content marketing, media relations, journalism, community outreach, or marketing digital. We can teach the technical side to a great communicator. We cannot teach charisma to a technician.
