The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects while working remotely and traveling occasionally to larger jobsites and home office if needed. This position works closely with executive management, construction managers, project engineer, project coordinator, estimators, foremen, and general contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do—they anticipate issues, communicate effectively, and drive projects forward.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience with drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior specialties is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong financial and budgeting experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid passport/visa/driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software
