Ericsson invites dynamic and self-driven students to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Intern supporting Project Planner activities. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes, support environmental and occupational health and safety practices, and play an impactful part in Ericsson’s continued growth and success as a global leader in communications technology.
What you will do:
Support the review and analysis of customer contracts to identify, generate, or modify Project Planning Inputs that are translated into Customer Deliverables.
Assist in creating, supporting, and executing planning activities throughout the project life cycle to promote Ericsson’s business and deliver the value promised to the customer.
Contribute to the generation of accurate project status reports, ensuring proper version control of related documentation.
Utilize data-driven methodologies to monitor project progress, prepare timely reports, and suggest improvements related to project finance and delivery progress.

Process Management and strong attention to detail for process compliance.
Program/Project Finance Management basics and interest in learning more.
Data Analytics capabilities to interpret project performance data and KPIs.

Presentation skills to prepare and deliver clear status updates.

Advanced English (oral and written), able to read documentation and communicate with global teams.
Degree in progress in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of telecommunications networks and basic networking concepts.
Practical skills in Python for data manipulation, automation scripts, or simple analytics.
Experience using Power BI (or similar tools) to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
