As an Administrative Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout their certification journey with UL Solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and project information.
- Review, organize, and analyze customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Contact customers to request missing information and follow up on project requirements.
- Open and maintain customer projects within multiple internal systems.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding project status, invoicing, certifications, and general service requests.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.
- Support customer retention through excellent service and proactive communication.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help deliver a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, account administration, administrative operations, document control, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
