You will be the hybrid engine of our business unit. Your main objective will be to prospect and close strategic accounts while ensuring flawless administrative execution—from purchase orders to cross-border logistics and collections—guaranteeing an exceptional post-sales experience.Key Responsibilities
- International Business Development: Actively prospect and develop industrial clients in Mexico and the U.S. using consultative selling strategies.
- Logistics Management & Operational Control: Coordinate and schedule shipments and exports to the United States, ensuring full compliance with timelines and regulations.
- Financial & Administrative Rigor: Execute invoicing processes, follow up on collections, and manage accounts receivable for your client portfolio.
- Retention & Post-Sales: Provide top-tier customer service and post-sales follow-up to secure long-term business relationships.
- Data-Driven Management: Monitor sales KPIs, tracking delivery statuses and reporting results through ERP systems.
What We Are Looking For (Your Profile)
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Business, or related fields).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Advisor, Account Executive, or similar roles within the industrial sector.
- Key Knowledge: International market prospecting, sales strategies, ERP management, and KPI tracking.
- Required Administrative Experience: Mastery of invoicing, collections, and shipping logistics coordination to the U.S.
- Languages: Intermediate English (B1 level) with the ability to hold business conversations and write corporate emails. (Note: Evaluation tests will be conducted during the process).
Work Scheme & Location
- Work Model: 100% On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Alvaro Obregon, Mexico City (CDMX).
