Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.

Monitor material delivery dates with suppliers.

Update departmental databases, reports, and files.

Support administrative activities related to purchasing and procurement.

Verify material information, pricing, and lead times.

Maintain communication with internal and external suppliers.

Assist with internal requisition follow-up.

Generate reports using Excel and internal systems.

Support inventory and documentation control activities.

Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Logistics departments.

Previous experience is not required.

Academic projects or internships related to purchasing, logistics, or administration are a plus.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Familiarity with manufacturing or maquiladora environments is preferred.
