DESCRIPTION
Positions: Deck Attendant | Pool Bar Attendant | Bar Back
We are recruiting entry-level Bar & Deck professionals for cruise lines and maritime operations, supporting beverage service and guest areas in outdoor and high-traffic environments.
These roles are ideal for candidates with strong energy, service attitude, and interest in developing a career in bar operations onboard.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor guest areas (pool decks, loungers, public spaces)

Assist guests with towels, seating, and general requests

Monitor guest areas and ensure safety and hygiene standards

Support service teams during peak hours

Prepare and serve basic beverages at pool or outdoor bars
-
Assist bartenders during high-volume service
-
Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
-
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient guest service

Follow company service and hygiene standards
-
Support bartenders with daily operations
-
Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies
-
Maintain bar setup and cleanliness at all times

Assist in basic drink preparation when required

Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Cruise ships (outdoor and indoor service areas)

High-volume, fast-paced service
-
Guest-facing roles with continuous interaction

10–11 hours per day

7 days per week

Physically active roles (standing, lifting, moving)

Exposure to outdoor conditions (sun, humidity, wind)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in:

Bars
-
Restaurants
-
Hotels
-
Beach clubs / high-volume service environments
-
Customer service experience required
-
Basic knowledge of bar operations and service

Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Teamwork and ability to support multiple roles
-
Physically fit (lifting, standing for long hours)
-
English: B1 minimum (conversational level required)
-
CV in English (Harvard format), updated with no gaps

Minimum 2 verifiable reference letters

Valid passport

Availability to work:

10–11 hours per day

High level of discipline, hygiene, and professionalism
