The Nomex® and Kevlar® N. America Commercial Integration Leader (CIL) is responsible for developing and improvement of core business processed for the N. America commercial team.
The CIL will report to the N. America Sales Leader and participate in the NA Sales Leadership team
They will work collaborative across the commercial organization including sales, customer service, marketing, demand and finance.
This position is remote and applicant could be based in Mexico, USA or Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the NA Sales Execution process and output for current and next quarter. This includes facilitation of sales bottoms forecasting and collating of upsides and downsides. In additional this enables consolidation of insights for leadership decision‑making, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Facilitate processes to enable sales team to drive business to close, including identification of credit challenges and supply risks.
- Own the North America sales data reporting framework, enabling effective use of analytics tools—such as Power BI, SAP Business Warehouse, and Salesforce—to support data‑driven analysis and decision‑making.
- Develop, implement and continuously refine sales growth processes with emphasis on optimizing the Sales Opportunity Pipeline management across the region.
- Support continual improvement of our commercial contract management
- Enable Sales Excellence improvement journey by facilitating sales tool improvement, training and reporting across the sales team.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and represent the NA Sales team on key Global initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or similar
- Proven ability to develop processes
- Proven proficiency to manage data using Excel
- Approximately 5% travel (role can be home-office based with travel from home location to other Kevlar® and Nomex® locations)
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial experience in Sales or Marketing
- History of commercial excellence and ability to coach others
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
