As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. You will report directly to our Cust Exp Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and executing customer experience strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving customer interactions and touchpoints.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Degree or Equivalent.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
- Process and promptly respond to e-mail requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
- Use SAP to enter and retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, and make changes on customer purchase orders.
- Maintain good relationships with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Continually expand knowledge base on current and new products and operations.
