We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to join our team.
Our Workforce Experience team helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning, including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments, using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond "training" to create learning experiences that really work.
Responsibilities

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning and enablement needs across target audiences

Define learning objectives aligned to learner profiles and program goals

Assess, uplift, or design content that maps directly to learning objectives and delivery modality

Craft engaging learning activities that enhance and enrich the learning process

Draft storyboards and collaborate with multimedia developers to bring instructional assets to life

Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished product experiences

Design modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of elements, modules, or full courses

Maintain project documentation and organized course folders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues in a polished and professional manner

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices across all activities

Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage available tools and resources
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline
-
At least 5 years of professional relevant experience in instructional design

Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management or team leadership, overseeing a team of 5 or more FTEs

Hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and multimedia design principles

Solid eye for visual design and layout aesthetics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

Excellent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal, with careful listening and clear expression

Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a "can-do" attitude toward challenges

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, work independently, and meet strict deadlines

Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered in every engagement

Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence with clients and colleagues

Expertise in multimedia development and graphic design to enhance learning assets

Experience designing AI-driven learning and enablement solutions or AI-powered agents

Familiarity with content compliance for usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
