REMOTE BILINGUAL APPOINTMENT SETTER / SALES CLOSER
This role requires at least 12 months of documented outbound appointment-setting experience. Customer-service-only experience will not qualify.
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company hiring experienced, English-speaking sales professionals in Mexico.
This is not a customer service position. We are looking for confident salespeople who can speak with business owners, handle objections, book qualified appointments, and help close sales.
POSITION
You will contact warm and cold prospects who have shown interest in our insurance-industry products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling warm and cold leads
- Qualifying prospects
- Booking qualified sales appointments
- Following up by phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
- Handling common sales objections
- Updating contacts and opportunities in our CRM
- Presenting offers clearly and professionally
- Asking prospects for the appointment or sale
- Following up consistently until a decision is made
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced or fluent spoken English
- At least 1 year of phone-sales, appointment-setting, SDR, telesales, or closing experience
- Experience working with warm and cold leads
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
- Available Monday through Friday during U.S. Central Time business hours
- Able to start immediately
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace
- Comfortable with recorded calls, coaching, and performance goals
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following is strongly preferred:
- Insurance
- Medicare, ACA, or life insurance
- Real estate
- Telecom
- SaaS
- Digital marketing
- Lead generation
- Call-center sales
- GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.io, or similar CRM platforms
COMPENSATION
- Starting base pay: MX$140 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Uncapped commissions
