Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls for fiber and internet services.
- Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs, conversion goals, and revenue targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $19,000–$21,000 MXN monthly
- Unlimited commissions

Training Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Rotating or assigned shift within operational hours

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment (Proven)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Demonstrated job stability (preferably 1+ year tenure in recent positions).
- Full-time availability.
- Ability to commute to Del Valle Centro, CDMX.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications, internet, cable, or related sales experience.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Consistent performance in sales metrics and KPIs.
