Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all import and export customs clearance procedures for the manufacturing plant located in Mexico.
- Support supervisors with customs formalities for inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinate with cross-functional teammates to fulfill relevant operational tasks.
- Prepare periodic work reports for management and proactively update supervisors on ongoing work progress.
- Complete and verify all export-related documentation per business requirements to secure data accuracy and integrity.
- Track the full progress of export operations, escalate issues and updates to supervisors promptly for timely troubleshooting.
- Complete ad-hoc assignments assigned by management as required.
Job Requirements
- Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on working experience handling Mexico import & export customs operations.
- In-depth familiarity with Mexico’s import and export regulatory workflows and clearance processes.
- Preference given to candidates with food import/export experience or prior IMMEX program customs experience; Chinese nationals are preferred.

Pay: $51,200.00 - $76,800.00 per month
