We are an international insurance brokerage company seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to support our Commercial Insurance Audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain audit-related information and documentation.
- Request and follow up on information from existing clients to facilitate the audit process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Track and manage audit applications and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters to efficiently complete audit processes.
- Ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met throughout the audit cycle.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage large amounts of information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and highly reliable.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
- Accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Previous audit experience or knowledge is preferred.
