We are looking to expand our team with the addition of an Aerospace Auditor - Independent Contractor - to conduct 3rd party audits AS9100 for NSF's aerospace clients. The Auditor will be responsible for managing, planning and executing all phases of the audit process, ensuring compliance with the applicable standards in each project and communicating effectively with external clients and internal project managers.
- Qualifications: A university degree in the field of science, engineering, technology, manufacturing service, maintenance (required).
- Previous relevant experience as a 3rd party auditor for aerospace clients (required).
- Qualified to audit to AS9100 (required) /AS9110 (preferred) and the ability to audit to these standards.
- A valid Lead Auditor Certification and audit logs in applicable standards and industry codes: DH 25.1, DH 25.2, DI 26.2, DJ 28.5, DJ 28.7, DK 29.2, DK 29.4, DL 31.2, DL 31.6, DL 32.1, (required).
- Required registration with International Aerospace Quality Group - IAQG Oasis Database (required).
- Willingness to travel (up to 75%).
- Ability to work independently from remote location.
- Ability to maintain a valid and current passport and have the ability to travel domestically (80%) – mainly to the north of México - and internationally (20%).
