About the Role
You are a Quality Engineer with strong experience in modern software delivery environments and a passion for building fully automated, AI-enhanced quality engineering practices.
You believe quality is engineered into systems from the beginning — not validated at the end — and you actively promote shift-left testing, automation-first thinking, and continuous validation throughout the software lifecycle.
You work closely with software engineers, product owners, DevSecOps engineers, and architects to ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and production-ready. You are comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
You are excited by emerging AI-assisted engineering capabilities and understand how AI can improve test generation, validation, diagnostics, coverage analysis, and operational quality insights.
