Objetivo
The AI Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the firm’s operational environment. This role focuses on translating business and operational needs into practical AI-enabled workflows, automations, and decision-support systems that improve efficiency, scalability, execution quality, and knowledge accessibility. This position acts as a structured executor of the organization’s AI adoption and operational intelligence initiatives, combining analytical thinking, process understanding, technology integration, and disciplined implementation follow-through. The AI Specialist works closely with the Operations Manager, IT Director and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions, support operational adoption, and ensure that AI systems remain reliable, scalable, documented, and aligned with business objectives. Responsabilidades
1) AI Solution Design & Implementation
- Identify operational opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, or decision-making.
- Translate business and operational requirements into structured AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and implement AI automations, assistants, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define practical and implementable AI use cases.
- Support the deployment of AI tools across departments while ensuring alignment with operational realities.
- Continuously refine AI implementations based on feedback, performance, and evolving business needs.
- Ensure AI solutions are usable, scalable, maintainable, and properly adopted by teams
2) AI Research & Continuous Innovation
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, tools, models, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and capabilities relevant to operational improvement.
- Analyze applicability, risks, scalability, and operational value of AI technologies.
- Translate external AI trends into actionable internal opportunities and recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of advancements in generative AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and operational intelligence.

3) Workflow Automation & Systems Integration
- Support the automation of repetitive operational and administrative tasks using AI and workflow tools.
- Integrate AI solutions with operational systems, databases, CRMs, dashboards, and communication platforms.
- Assist in building scalable workflows between AI systems and existing operational infrastructure.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process automation across teams.
- Ensure reliability, stability, and operational continuity of implemented automations.
4) AI Governance, Documentation & Operational Reliability
- Maintain structured documentation of AI workflows, prompts, automations, integrations, and operational logic.
- Ensure all AI systems, changes, and configurations are properly documented and traceable.
- Support governance standards and risks management related to AI usage, operational consistency, and process reliability.
- Monitor AI outputs and workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business expectations.
- Identify risks, gaps, or operational dependencies within AI-enabled processes.
- Ensure AI systems remain maintainable, auditable, and operationally sustainable
5) Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define and track operational KPIs related to AI adoption, automation impact, and workflow performance.
- Monitor effectiveness, reliability, and usage of implemented AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve AI output quality, efficiency, and operational value.
- Support dashboarding and visibility of AI-related operational metrics.
- Analyze process improvements generated through AI implementation initiatives.

6) Operational Enablement & User Support
- Support teams in adopting and effectively using AI-enabled workflows and tools.
- Provide guidance and training on AI systems, operational automations, and best practices.

- Ensure stakeholders understand process ownership, workflow changes, and expected outcomes.
