REQUIREMENTS:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, Quality & Metrology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (Minimum 90% / Fluent).
- Leadership: Proven experience coordinating departments such as Quality, Auditing, and Document Control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Department personnel to support Customer and Plant manufacturing needs and new product development / launch / transfer.
- Promote Quality Principles.
- Maintain a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Manages, promotes and maintains the Quality Systems functionality and improvement within the organization.
- Develop, execute, communicate and maintain the Quality Systems and policy of the organization.
- Acts as a Key Company Representative and Customer contact for Quality-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with Customers.
- Act as the Management Representative and Leader of the Quality Management System.
- Actively participate with Launch Teams to ensure the successful integration of new products.
- Ensure that procedures are correctly understood, executed, and periodically re-evaluated.
- Develop reports and presentations regarding Quality System results and communicate them across the organization.
- Manage the ongoing maintenance of the Quality System.
- Review and approve pertinent Quality Documents.
- Oversee the Document Control function.
- Maintain control of the Department budget.
- Follow up on the annual internal audit plan.
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting external audits, including supplier audits.
- Responsible for reviewing company indicators and generating corrective/improvement actions as applicable.
- Responsible for coordinating and leading the Management Review process.
- Present PPM metrics and action plans as required.
- Monitor external and internal PPMs and take required actions to prevent and correct problems.
- Champion and actively participate in the Continuous Improvement process.
- Lead Problem-Solving processes utilizing various methodologies.
- Assign and review subordinates' goals and Monthly / Annual objectives.
- Support Annual Corporate Objectives.
- To assure conformity to product requirements, holds the authority to stop production and/or shipments to investigate and correct potentially discrepant product.
- Promote and comply with Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures.
- Promote and comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and the Quality Policy.
- Attend specific training and certifications beneficial to the position.
- Support the Career Path Program.
