What You’ll Do:

You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.

Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.

Answering incoming calls, paging on-call doctors and technicians.

Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.

Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
What We’re Looking For:

Passion for customer service.

Preferably experience in a call center.

90% proficiency in written and spoken English.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Shift availability.
What We Offer and Important Information:

Salary: $15,000 pesos per month (gross salary)

Weekly bonuses up to $2,100 (based on performance, attendance, etc.)

Shift availability: Monday- Friday, 6:00 am-3:00 pm PST.
