We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, knows how to build relationships, and has the ability to guide them confidently through their journey with us from first contact to their appointment. Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient logistics and scheduling
Reach out to and integrate potential patients into our system
Make follow-up calls to prospective and current patients
Respond to inquiries via email and messaging platforms
Manage and respond to patients through social media
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Coordinate daily operations within the clinic
Resolve patient concerns and issues with a solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
High school diploma minimum (bachelor's degree a plus)
Advanced English 90% proficiency (required)
Proficient with computers and CRM systems
Sales-oriented mindset and strong persuasive communication skills
Previous experience in patient coordination, call centers, or customer service (preferred, not required)
Full-time availability, on-site
