Our mission is to help individuals nationwide determine eligibility for compensation through group legal actions. We’re expanding our Quality Assurance team to ensure every client interaction meets the highest standards of accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Position Overview:
As a Legal Intake QA Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating recorded intake calls to ensure compliance with company standards and legal protocols. You will provide constructive feedback to intake agents, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure data accuracy within the CRM system.
This role is crucial in maintaining quality and integrity across our legal intake process while ensuring our clients receive a consistent, trustworthy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to and evaluate recorded intake calls for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to gather any missed information.
- Verify that required scripts and disclosures are properly followed.
- Audit call notes and data entered into the CRM for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to intake agents to improve performance.
- Identify trends, training needs, and areas for improvement in agent communication or process flow.
- Collaborate with management to update QA scoring forms and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Track and report QA scores weekly using internal dashboards.
- Ensure all client and lead information is handled with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in legal intake, customer service QA, or call monitoring preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and accuracy — especially in reviewing call data and client records.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
- Ability to identify performance gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong understanding of compliance and professional call handling standards.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in class action, tort, or law firm intake roles.
- Background in call center quality assurance or compliance auditing.
- Experience working with U.S.-based law firms or legal service providers.
