Requirements

3+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Practical proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow using standard customization approaches
-
Working knowledge of Salesforce Development and Salesforce Admin Tools

Ability to operate from partially defined feature scope with guidance, without needing every task fully decomposed upfront

Solid understanding of Git-based delivery, deployments, and testing expectations aligned with disciplined engineering practices

Comfort working in a broader engineering environment that may include adjacent integrations, administrative work, or supporting technologies

Readiness to use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively and responsibly

High learning agility, clear ownership mindset, and proactive communication habits

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have

Exposure to Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure

Experience with Copado, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices

Programming background in Java Development, JavaScript, and Python
