Where You’ll Make a Difference
Draft, review, and revise global supplier contracts , ensuring clarity and compliance.
Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk-mitigated agreements.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
Identify and address contractual risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Maintain consistency by leveraging company-approved templates.
Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders on supplier contract matters.
Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and terminations to ensure continuity.
Support compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Law , Legal Studies, or a related field.
+4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
High level of English proficiency , both written and spoken.
Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience or knowledge in procurement processes, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate vendor relationships effectively.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment, ideally supporting international stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
