Social Media Coordinator

Crawford Construction Corp is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help organize content, create simple graphics, write captions, schedule posts, and support basic video content for a construction and real estate-related business.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, reliable, and comfortable helping a small business maintain a consistent online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Write captions and post descriptions
- Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Help organize project photos, real estate content, and brand assets
- Assist with short-form video content and basic video organization
- Support posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts
- Help maintain a simple content calendar
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Suggest content ideas for construction, real estate, home improvement, hiring, and business updates
- Provide weekly updates on completed content and upcoming post ideas
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media content creation or coordination
- Canva or basic graphic design experience preferred
- Strong writing and caption skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or YouTube Shorts
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with real estate, construction, home improvement, or service-based businesses is a plus
