(Purpose or Mission
of the position): The Admin SSC agent is an admin support role for the department to cover
crucial admin work. It works with project
management and the leadership team to support and enable critical
processes and workflows for internal and external
topics. The role is supposed to be a senior role as it requires a high level of
maturity, self-sustainability and precision
Duties of this Job Include:
Creation and maintenance of PRs and POs in SAP Ariba and Festo procurement tools
Support and operation of the procurement SOP for Marketing and Digital Sales
Follow up with procurement documents and workflows
Support and follow up with legal documents in reference to the SOP and the corporate
policies
Order management support for Festore (internal online shop solution)
Support of lead management workflow to process trade show leads in CRM and
Eloqua
Maintenance of email mailboxes and routing of information to the right specialist
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in administration or similar.
Bilingualism in Spanish and English, speaking and writing, is mandatory
A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in an office environment
