We are looking for a Station Operations Leader to coordinate and lead the daily operations of our Experimental Station, ensuring the successful execution of field, greenhouse, personnel, and administrative activities.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong agricultural knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while supporting research and breeding programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field and greenhouse operations.
- Supervise and develop operational teams.
- Manage resources, schedules, and operational priorities.
- Lead R&D Weekly Meetings and breeding crop Wrap-Up Meetings.
- Support decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and international teams.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Crop Science, Protected Agriculture, or related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Agricultural operations
- Greenhouse and field production
- Personnel supervision
- Team leadership
- Operational planning and resource management
✔ Knowledge of crop production, greenhouse operations, GAP, KPI monitoring, and budget control.
✔ Intermediate to Advanced English.
