As we launch our brand-new headquarters in Mexico, based in Guadalajara, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Sales Director. This leader will build our regional sales team from scratch, fully own the P&L, and drive strategic B2B market penetration.
What You’ll Do
- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance B2B sales team from the ground up, coaching account executives into relentless hunters.
- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the regional operation's P&L, managing budgets, margins, and revenue growth strategies.
- Market Penetration: Drive and expand new business pipelines across OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) accounts.
- Strategic Negotiations: Personally engage in high-value corporate deals and lead complex, C-level client negotiations.
- Sales Discipline: Implement and oversee strict KPIs, pipeline management, reporting structures, and CRM discipline across the sales floor.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global market dynamics, including electronic component shortages, allocations, and excess inventory opportunities to maximize profitability.
What We Need (Basic Requirements)
- Leadership Experience: Proven and successful track record leading, scaling, and managing B2B sales teams (Required).
- Industry Expertise: Solid background in electronic components distribution, manufacturing, industrial sales, or the MRO sector (Required).
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving consistent revenue growth, market share, and margin optimization.
- Language Mastery: English C1 proficiency (advanced executive verbal and written communication for daily global operations).
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
