Follow up daily production progress and finished goods status

Coordinate shipment schedules according to customer and business demands

Monitor order delivery status and identify potential delivery risks

Report and coordinate solutions for delays, material shortages, quality issues, and logistics problems

Prepare daily and weekly shipment reports and production tracking data

Coordinate with production, warehouse, customs brokers, and forwarders for cross-border shipments

Support customer order changes and assist in resolving delivery-related issues
