We are looking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Experience Concierge to join our team. In this role, the Customer Experience Concierge manages end-to-end post-approval client relations by conducting 18+ daily conversations with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. The individual proactively maintains client confidence through empathetic communication, resolving complex concerns, and identifying urgent issues for management. Additionally, the Customer Experience Concierge drives firm growth by securing Google reviews, identifying new service opportunities, and managing a high-volume referral network, all while maintaining meticulous digital documentation and performance tracking.
