Parts Supply Analyst

Mission of the Role:
evaluating and improving supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
- Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Monitor days of supply to keep the right inventory levels to the right time
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate supply chain performance
- Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in supply chain systems
- Keep control of premium freight targets
- Analyze MRP data and supplier schedule processing
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Handling Shortages – root cause and solutions
- Supplier delivery performance
- Monitoring PO cycle – closing the loop
- Raw material inventory level
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
