About the team:
ZF is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology. Whether it is a passenger car or commercial vehicle – the chassis plays a central role in safety, comfort and dynamics. ZF not only develops the essential components such as steering, braking or damping systems, the group also links all systems on board which are involved in longitudinal, lateral or vertical acceleration. This ensures a pleasantly relaxed driving experience without rough strokes – no matter whether occupants drive for themselves or are being driven autonomously. We are looking to hire a Quality Engineer to join our team at Santa Rosa, Querétaro.
What you can look forward as Quality Engineer:
Validate engineering changes and provide proper follow-up
Prepare the necessary documentation for the execution of engineering changes
Review the Process Diagram / Review PFMEA and Control Plan together with manufacturing engineers
Create and update the traveler sheet / Review work instruction sheets, standard work sheets, and model change documentation
Review and revalidate MSA studiesGenerate and validate containment actions for new launches
Create and validate visual aids / Review and validate initial studies (Cpk) / Lead 8D analysis
Implement projects to reduce scrap

Your profile as Quality Engineer:
Engineering degree
3 years of experience in a similar position
English for email communication
Core tools, problem-solving analysis
Basic experience with GD&T and blueprint reading
