The Sourcing Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping the hiring process moving efficiently. This position focuses heavily on conducting initial candidate screening calls, evaluating basic alignment against job requirements, providing timely candidate feedback, and managing talent pipeline logistics.
What you’ll do:
Conduct high-volume phone pre-screenings and initial virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, career motivation, salary expectations, and basic role fit.
Review incoming inbound applications across job boards and company career portals, routing qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
Act as the primary point of contact during initial recruitment stages, delivering structured interview preparation guidance and providing prompt, constructive updates to candidates.
- Accurately log detailed screening notes, update candidate profiles, and track pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Experience in administrative support, customer service, talent acquisition operations, or human resources.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong candidate-first mindset and active listening ability.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing schedules and maintain accurate data records.
Familiarity with Google Workspace/MS Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma in HR/Business, or equivalent practical experience.
