Purpose Statement: Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to support customer delivery service level requirements while optimizing the level of inventory held internally. Ensure that adequate supplier managed inventory levels are maintained by continuous monitoring of statistically derived inventory health.
Key Job Accountabilities:

Work directly with customers and suppliers regarding supply chain projects, including negotiation of agreements, lead-time reduction programs and procurement solutions.

Conduct training for site material team on supply chain programs, methodologies, metrics, and exception reports, including training for new employees and continuing education for existing employees.

Collaborate with internal and external partners in designing supply chain solutions to meet the business requirements of new and existing customers.

Set goals for metrics achievement including but not limited to supply chain model implementation rates and market versus replenishment lead time.
Education/Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
