Main Responsibilities
· Supervise the full Order Fulfillment process: Pre-alert, ASN, Receiving, Worklist, Shipping, and POD.
· Ensure compliance with operational SLAs: Pull, Worklist generation, and dispatch.
· Supervise shift operational control, information accuracy, and incident follow-up.
· Ensure operational audits for inbound and outbound processes.
· Manage critical incidents: missing or discrepant ASN, inventory discrepancies, material holds, OSDs, reversals, and operational blockages between areas.
· Coordinate operations with Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service, and Customs.
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and shift standardization.

· Shift productivity.
Requirements
· Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory control.
· Experience supervising operational teams.
· Knowledge of end-to-end processes.
· Experience managing operational KPIs.
· Experience in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
· SAP, eVMI, WMS, or logistics systems knowledge is desirable.
· Intermediate English is desirable.
· Leadership, sense of urgency, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset.
