Summary of Job purpose:
Accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the Scrum team. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and customers with development team by managing and prioritizing the Product backlog, ensuring transparency, and clearly communicating Product Goal. Product owner responsibility relies on making decisions that guide the product vision and direction, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational strategy and customer needs.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

Create, maintain and clearly communicate Product goal

Manage Product backlog by creating, ordering and refining backlog item
- Allocate development resources to Product backlog to optimize workload distribution and development execution

Ensure that scrum team time and efforts are used efficiently safeguarding productivity and making necessary adjustments to continuously improve

Ensure that backlog items are transparent, visible and understood by all stakeholders

Prioritize features, requirements and user stories based on value delivery and business objective
- Makes timely decisions to remove ambiguity and enable continuous delivery value

Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends and performance data to improve and refine Product Goal

Primary liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum team, gathering requirements, clarifying logic, and aligning product vision with stakeholder expectation

Actively participates in key scrum events (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint retrospective, Product backlog planning and refinement

Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with organizational strategy applying strong critical thinking, going beyond requirement gathering by challenging assumptions, proposing optimized solutions

Define product level roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders to shape the organizational development roadmap, ensuring tools and solutions interconnect strategically
